Refund policy

All products must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in their original unopened, unused condition.

Return Notice: We do not accept tweezer returns due to dissatisfaction from personal preference. To speak to our team about eligible returns, reach out to our customers support team and we will do our best to work through any issues you may have. If the tweezer is new to you, we highly suggest trying for short periods each day for at least a week before deciding whether or not the tweezer is a good suit for you.

Lost Artistry does not provide return shipping labels and recommends using an insured and tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded within 3 business days.
