What are Lost Artistry pro-fan lashes?

Lost Artistry pro-fans are the future of volume lashing. No more tedious fan building, risking fans closing due to glue rising or a rogue lash splitting in an unwanted direction. Lost Artistry pro-fans are pre-made volume fans that cut your volume lash application down significantly. Our double heat bonding method ensures the lightest and highest quality pro-fan lash on the market. If you can do classic lashes, now you can do volume lashes. Faster, fuller and perfect every time. The wait is over.

What are your lashes made out of?

All of our lashes are 100% Cruelty free and are made from the highest quality synthetic PBT fibres available.

How are your pro-fans bonded?

Our pro-fans are bonded using a unique double heat bonding method to ensure an extremely light weight, tiny uniform base. Our Wrapid fans are not bonded at the base.

How does volume lash weight compare to classic lash weight?

There has been a lot of debate around this in our industry with some people saying volume lashes are heavy, but you can’t beat math! Watch this IGTV video to see the equation for how to measure VOLUME Vs. CLASSIC weights.

How many trays for a full set?

This question is impossible to properly answer due to the fact every client is totally unique in the number of individual natural lashes they have.

To answer the best we can, here’s a rundown on the tray options we have as well as how many fans are in each.

Note: 3D trays have double the fan amount because each fan is tinier, making it possible to fit many more which in turn means, double the clients!! (woohoo)

Oh! and hybrid being a mix of volume and classic, you will also get double the clients mentioned below.

SMALL: 80 fans per tray. Our Small trays are designed with a user-friendly fan placement, with middle of fan attached to sticky adhesive. Great option for those lengths you use on occasion, or if you are looking to sample something new. Approximately 2-2.5 trays required to complete a full volume or mega set.

ECO: 225 fans per tray. It hurts our hearts having to throw out plastic trays after every service, so we’ve worked hard to bring you a more eco-friendly option in an effort to help the planet any way we can. Approximately 1 tray required to complete a full volume or mega set. 

LARGE: 240 fans per tray. Our Large trays are designed with a quick release base (tip of base attached to sticky adhesive) to allow application in a single motion. Approximately 1 tray required to complete a full volume or mega set.

XL: Approximately 300 per tray. Just less than 1 tray required to complete a full volume or mega set.

Are Lost Artistry fans safe for my natural lash?

If done by a properly trained and experienced artist, eyelash extensions should not damage your natural lashes at all. It is up to the individual to ensure their lash artist is qualified and experienced.

Can I use all of your glues for any service?

Yes you can! With that being said, here is a little information on each to help make your decision:

  • Sensit-eyes: Perfect for newer lash artists or for Classics. The slower dry time helps give wiggle room for mistakes or if your timing is a little slower.
  • Bondage: Very strong hold with a moderate dry time. Best seller and great for pro-fans and volume.
  • Quickie: Suited for advanced and speedy artists. Very fast dry time. 
  • Invisa-bond: Same as Sensit-eyes but without pigment. Great for coloured lashes.

How do I properly store my glue?

Unopened: Store your glue in a cool dark place between 2 and 10 degrees celsius. It is acceptable to store your unopened glue in the fridge but this is not necessary. 

Opened: Store your glue in a sealed container of rice or silica packs, or in a fridge. If storing in the fridge, you must keep the glue in the fridge all the time - don’t keep it on your station during services and then back to the fridge in between.

My glue has a poor retention rate, what do I do?

Your glue has likely gone bad due to age or improper storage. If properly stored, once opened, all of our glues last up to three months. See the exact storage requirements of each glue in the description of the specific glue.

Why has my glue turned thick and sticky?

Generally this is due to improper storage and the glue can no longer be used. Before discarding though, check your humidity levels. It is possible your glue is fine but when using it, the amount you have placed out for use on your client could be the only bit affected by humidity issues. How long will Lost Artistry pro-fans last?

If properly applied, you can expect the exact same retention that you would see from your classic sets. It is important to use a high quality glue and proper application technique.

Do you offer free shipping?

Within North America, orders of $200 or more qualify for FREE Priority Express shipping which takes an average of 1-3 business days to arrive granted no unforeseen customs delays.

Am I going to be charged customs fees for my order?

If your order is being shipped to Canada or the United States, you will not be charged customs fees for your order.  

However, for orders outside of North America, we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be made within ten business days of your order being received. You are responsible for return shipping fees. Items must be unopened and in original packages with no damage. Upon inspection, a refund will be made within fourteen business days. In the event that the return is a result of our error, we will cover the return shipping expense, as determined by our customer care department.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
